Todd Woollard, owner operator of Woollard Ipsen Management LLC, has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare and long term care industry and became the principal of Woollard Ipsen Management LLC in April of 2005. Woollard Ipsen currently owns and operates six facilities in the greater Southern Oregon area.

Todd is noted for his strong management ability and humanism. He has successfully operated and opened seven
Assisted Living communities, two Memory Care and two Retirement communities all of which are based in Oregon His has experience and training in all aspects of operations with a special emphasis in human resource management.

He currently is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Assisted Living Manager. Prior work experience includes being the Assisted Living Director of Operations for Generations LLC from 1999 to 2005.

He has also managed Nursing Homes and a Home Health Agency. Todd has his Masters of Business Administration. He is actively involved in the long term care industry and is a board member of Oregon Health Care Association.
