Marla is noted for her strong commitment to quality care
and quality improvement. She has opened an Assisted
Living Community, Alzheimer’s unit and a Home CareAgency. Marla has been in the long- term care industry for over 20 years. She has a career history that includes positions such as Activity Director, Social Service Director, Administrator, Operations Trainer & Quality Improvement Coordinator.

Marla has lived in the Rogue Valley most of her life. Marla graduated from Souther Oregon State College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Health and Physical Education.

Marla is active in the Oregon Health Care Association, the Gero-Psych Task Force, the Alzheimer’s Association and other industry groups.
