We have participated in the design review of new construction on 5 Assisted Living Communities, 2 Memory care
Communities and 3 Independent Senior Apartment Communities. We work closely with the Architect and Contractors
of the Senior Housing Projects in suggesting ways to improve the efficiency and layout of the projects in respect to
operations issues. This included but is not l imited to office space design and placement, resident apartment layout,
staff space such as laundry rooms, utility rooms, storage rooms, nursing stations, kitchens, and dinning rooms. We
have also participated in flooring product selection, interior colors and furniture selection. We look at all areas of design
of a senior community keeping in mind aesthetics, flow of staff and resident utilization from a functional and practically
application.
