A strong quality improvement program does just that. Our quality improvement program is a corporate wide program for all of the communities we manage. The program has established policies and procedure which include data collection, time frames, thresholds and quarterly due dates to name a few. having a corporate wide program allows us to establish bench-marks,trends and accountability thoughout the company. The data collection and reviews allow us to make any needed adjustments to im- prove systems, thus improving overall performance. In addition to the established qualitiy improvement program, every other month we complete a quality improvement assessmenton each one of our communities. The assessment focuses on a different system with each visit. Throughout the year these assessments provide a thorough inspection of all sytems being utilized in each community, with particular focus on quality improvement
